MEET Corey MacGregor

Corey MacGregor, Owner and Founder of MacGregor Train for Life, is a Functional Health and Fitness Coach, Integrative Health Practitioner, and Personal Trainer. He started training when he was 12 years old, studied health and physical education at Rowan University, and has been training and coaching successful business people for more than 25 years.

Corey founded MacGregor Train for Life to provide an alternative to one-size-fits-all training programs, gimmick diets, and medication-based treatment programs that mask symptoms instead of attacking health problems at the source. His mission is to empower executives and busy professionals with a deeper understanding of their health, which will enable them to make better decisions and enjoy the lifestyle they deserve.

GETTING STARTED

During your initial consultation, Corey will go over your medical history, your current physical, mental, and emotional state, challenges you’re facing in life and at work, why you feel the way you do, and what you want to achieve. Based on the information collected from questionnaires and a very open, honest conversation about your health, Corey will start programming your personalized wellness protocols.
